The Gressoney valley offers a lot of possibilities to practice diverse activities to make your stay unforgettable.

In winter
Winter is the great season in our valley.
The ski resort MonterosaSki, which stretches over three valleys (Gressoney, Ayas and Alagna) and which has 200-kilometre- long network of pistes, is surely one of the most appreciated ski areas in the Alps. There are slopes of all difficulty levels that suit everyone's needs: those of beginners and as well as those of racers. The local ski school organise all kind of courses, while the mountain guides invite you to discover the emotions of free ride and heliski. For cross-country skiing lovers there are many trials through unforgettable landscapes.
Besides skiing and snowboard, there are a lot of other activities like ski touring, excursion with snowshoes, nordic walking and ice climbing.
In addition in the sport centre Sporthaus in Gressoney- Saint -Jean you can find: a swimming pool; a sauna; a Turkish bath, a gym for tennis; basketball, five-a- side; a fitness gym; a bowling green; a squash court; an indoor golf course, a climbing wall and a cinema to spend a relaxing evening.

In summer
In the summer the Gressoney valley offers a great variety of leisure activities.
It is the starting point for a lot of hikes and walks, suitable for children and for most able mountain climbers, but also for the most important ascents to the peaks of Monte Rosa.
In Gressoney you can do a lot of other activities, besides walking: climbing, golf, tennis, fishing, horse riding and mountain-bike trips.
